The Buck is a being who is known by his many aliases. Placed on Earth by Hippie God to spread the teachings of conservative values through different identities, Buck has been revealed to be every known conservative thinker in the history of the world.
Responsible for the assassination of the entire Clinton family along with radicalist terrorists who pledge support for the leftist ideology, Buck is known to fight those who support anything remotely degenerate as a full-time job while trying to steer his son of the left's toxic grip.
Personality
Due to Buck being every conservative in history, it is unknown just how genuine Buck is in terms of personality. Politically however, Buck is a compassionate conservative who wants equally and improvement of the world while not stooping to the leftist's interpretation of progressive ideals (socialism) and not losing what makes a conservative great He adores beating the shit out of his son, Chicken Little, going so far as brutally raping him in his own room until the bed is covered in blood and semen.
Politics

Despite being senior advisers to Donald Trump (in the manga), Alex Jones (in the prequels), and Shinji Ikari (in one of the Florpus universes) Buck doesn't let extreme interpretations of conservatism cloud what he truly believes in and he's called out many fringe figures who were born after the 2000's (due to Buck not able to be a conservative figure born after the 1960's) such as Sargon Of Akkad and Milo Yiannopoulos due to their ideologies being extreme in his eyes.
However, he insists their right to free speech should be protected despite their extreme views and potential consequences due to being a strong Constitutionalist.
